Mission & Vision

MCSSP is committed to creating true allies for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Our grassroots non-profit organization is driven by a passion for building bridges, engaging the community, and advocating for LGBTQIA2S+ visibility and inclusion in Mendocino County and beyond.

Through educational programs, local advocacy, and community support, we are building a future rooted in equity, resilience, and belonging for all.
